Connie is an Artist. As a young US Army wife, she had the opportunity to travel the globe early and developed an appreciation and a love for art, design and decorating – all of which influence her designs to this day. Connie is also a Certified Design Consultant (Certified by Bassett) so she appreciates the importance of perspective and Customer Service. She continues to leverage her experience to work in multiple design disciplines and business operations but once again focuses on floral design. 

She first worked for Theresa as a Lead Designer almost 30 years ago, later moving on to study at UAH’s Design Program and to accept roles as Floral Department Lead Designer and Manager at both Hobby Lobby (6 years) and Trees and Trends (3 years). Throughout this time, Connie has continued supporting Theresa on a part-time basis. But Connie’s passion remains in delighting clients with top level designs for Weddings and Special Occasions/Events … Experiences! She has proudly joined Theresa at BouqYard to help design exquisite floral experiences for Weddings and Special Occasions.
